About GetAgent’s Top Performer Awards
GetAgent is the leading estate agent comparison website. It helps homeowners make a more informed decision on which estate agents to work with. By collating property data directly from the Land Registry, Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, GetAgent helps identify the top performing agents in any given postal area.
Performance is assessed against 3 core metrics:
1. Percentage of the original asking price achieved
2. Average sale time
3. The amount of properties listed in the past 6 months
GetAgent’s proprietary algorithm then combines the data to discern the best-performing agents in the area, with the average asking price achieved being the most heavily weighted of the 3 metrics. If an agent is within the top 20% of performers at any given outcode, they then qualify as Top Performers.
