Instructing Venmore to manage your property gives you piece of mind that your property, your tenants and your overall investment is in safe hands.

You will be allocated a dedicated ‘tenancy supervisor’ who will be the landlord and the tenants contact throughout the tenancy. We have superb systems and processes in place that enable us to provide extremely high levels of customer service, however we also appreciate that every landlord is an individual and we can tailor-make our management service to suit your requirement’s, ensuring you receive the exact service you require. We make sure landlords are kept informed of all maintenance works and we will not give the go-ahead for any works if the landlord prefers to give their authorisation prior.

In addition to your tenancy supervisor, we have a dedicated accounts department, rent collections team and in house maintenance team. All departments are here to assist and have vast experience in all aspects of property management. Our in-house maintenance team ensures any works are carried out to a high standard and at competitive rates. We can obtain quotes if preferred.

Another essential part of our service, setting us aside from our competitors, is our property inspections. We have a team of property inspectors that carry out the inventory prior to the tenants moving in, regular property checks and a final inspection at the end of the tenancy.

Our landlords are provided with a report from every inspection carried out and we can ensure your properties are looked after by your tenants and to the standard that we expect. We manage an array of residential tenancies, including assured shorthold tenancies, assured, regulated, licensed and contractual agreements. Whatever type of tenancy, we can cater for this and guide you as a landlord through the legal minefield. We also collect ground rents and rent charges.

We offer rent guarantee insurance as well as a competitive rate for the bricks and mortar and contents insurance, if required. Between our management staff we have well over 150 years experience in the property sector and have dealt with all residential property matters.

If a client is not happy with their current agent, then we can also help with problematic tenants as we have extensive knowledge of housing benefit regulations and the due law process over repossession. We look after residential and commercial property management and have very dedicated staff who go beyond the call of duty for their owners and tenants.
